Our Fee Structure
We are not like traditional Real Estate Agents. Our aim is to get you the best deal possible. Not to mention our success is derived from our repeat clientele who are looking for a not another pushy sales approach. Once we get to know your objective we can tailor something to suit.
Unlike other Buyers Agents we do not charge a flat fee, though because we have a great relationship with smaller independent building firms that do not spend tens of thousands of dollars on marketing, we can still source the “right” property for you. They do pay us a nominal fee for introducing you, you pay nothing more.
We prefer to sell brand new properties because you have the piece of mind of knowing something will not wear out too quickly, and you can claim the maximum of 20 years depreciation against your tax.
Please bear in mind particularly with the shortfall of available new properties in South East Queensland a lot of these properties are sold well before completion of construction, hence our service gives you access to properties that will not make the traditional Real Estate Agents.
